Award criteria

Entrant should not be older than 35 years old and have experience working in the wind energy sector.
A demonstrable record of distinguished work achievements, including leadership roles as well as participation in activities which advances youth involvement in the industry.
A career track record that demonstrates remarkable progression, combined with demonstrated excellence in each role
