Award description

This award celebrates a young professional who’s more than just a bright idea: they’re fully charged, well-grounded, and powering up the wind sector. Whether in the public, private, or civil space, they’ve shown leadership that transmits across the industry. Their achievements, passion and professionalism generate the energy to inspire.

Award criteria 

  • Entrant should not be older than 35 years old and have experience working in the wind energy sector. 
  • A demonstrable record of distinguished work achievements, including leadership roles as well as participation in activities which advances youth involvement in the industry.
  • A career track record that demonstrates remarkable progression, combined with demonstrated excellence in each role
