Gender Diversity Transformation Enabler
Award description
The award seeks to acknowledge an organisation whose efforts have resulted in a demonstrable improvement to access into the wind energy industry for women and/or has resulted in improved representation of women within an organisation. The organisation will have a clear focus on diversity and inclusion that has and is accelerating gender equality and bringing about positive change.
Award criteria
- Entrant should have a Transformation policy and/or strategy that seeks to address gender inequality in place with clear targets.
- Organisation should have a proven record of contribution towards gender transformation over the past three years.
- Demonstrable programs that are aimed to improve gender representation and promote gender diversity such as skills development programmes for women, programmes that build capacity among female youth, diversity and inclusion training across a broad audience. Diversity and inclusion initiatives that target specific issues faced by employees or those wanting to enter the renewables industry.
