Award description

This award recognises an organisation that’s powering real change in the wind sector. By advocating for women in wind, opening access, and boosting representation, they’ve shown that diversity isn’t just a transition, it’s a transmission of positive energy that accelerates equality and sparks lasting impact.

Award criteria 

• Entrant should have a Transformation policy and/or strategy that seeks to address gender inequality in place with clear targets.

• Organisation should have a proven record of contribution towards gender transformation over the past three years. 
• Demonstrable programs that are aimed to improve gender representation and promote gender diversity such as skills development programmes for women, programmes that build capacity among female youth, diversity and inclusion training across a broad audience. Diversity and inclusion initiatives that target specific issues faced by employees or those wanting to enter the renewables industry.
