Titania Stefanus-Zincke joined the Mainstream Renewable Power team as Country ED Manager in South Africa on 01st April 2019. She lives in St Helena Bay with her husband and 12-year-old daughter. Titania was born in Worcester, a town in the Boland. She holds a MTech degree in Business Administration and a BTech degree in Chemical Engineering. Titania worked for 6 years in the fertilizer industry and 19 years in the fishing industry.
Her 25 years’ experience includes community and governmental stakeholder engagement, transformation, enterprise development, supplier development, social economic development, sustainability, GRI, SRI and UNGC company reporting, including implementation of human rights principles, project management, process and plant engineering, operation management, marketing relations, product quality, health and safety management, risk management, human resource management, industrial relations, employer representation at arbitration, mediation and conciliation cases at CCMA, skills development, employment equity. She also has extensive environmental management experience, including air quality management, carbon footprint and carbon disclosure reporting, waste and water management, water crisis mitigation including project lead on installation of desalination plants.
Titania is equally passionate about combating climate change and community development. She believes working together through collaboration increases impact and reach on communities, practioners and the broader society.
